Gift Vouchers - Terms and Conditions:

  1. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However they can be used by a nominated person if the person to whom the voucher was gifted originally does not want to use it.

  2. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded.

  3. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed by booking a course via email.

  4. When purchasing the voucher you will be asked to complete a form with your details and details of the recipient. We will email the voucher in PDF (see the sample below) to you within 2 working days of purchase, so you can print it, fill it out and give it to the recipient. Alternatively you can use the order confirmation email as the gift voucher and forward it to the recipient.

  5. We cannot guarantee that spaces will be available on a course chosen by the recipient. Spaces are given on the first come first served basis upon booking, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

  6. Private classes booked using the voucher can be cancelled min. 48h prior to the class. Any cancellation made less than 48h prior, will result in the private class cost to be deducted from the gift voucher with no option for refund.
